Evaluation is an opportunity.
Let's take it together.

Whether summative, formative, or developmental, the evaluation process must be a rich learning experience for the organization, staff, partners, donors and the program being developed.

Still afraid of what will come out of an evaluation?

I understand you, but you don't have to.

Still afraid of what will come out of an evaluation? I understand you.
However, an evaluation shouldn't be something to be feared. Instead, I believe it should be cherished as the moment you'll be able to reflect and learn.

Despite having so much information in the palm of our hands, we know that learning is a constant, no matter how experienced an organization and its staff might be.

This is why I believe that whether summative, formative, or developmental, the evaluation process has to be a rich learning experience for the organization, the staff, partners, and the program being developed.

Having someone dive into your program reports and look at them from an external point of view can make you feel seen and vulnerable. As the evaluator of your program, I'll always go the extra mile to be fair to the efforts laid in generating a transformative social change and to the implementation context it faced.

What you can expect from my process

  • A facilitated and engaging evaluation process: participatory evaluations require true engagement and commitment from informants and users - which, in my experience, is highly benefited from facilitation practices and strategies.

  • A deep understanding of what is really needed and useful to the organization and to leverage impact: in other words, I will dive deep into the specific needs of your organization or project.

  • Attention to context: your program will be seen as part of the institutional, social, policy and political context it was developed.

  • Equity-driven evaluations: evaluations should be able to be used to advance equity and social justice.
